How do I apply for credit?

Can I change or extend my credit terms?

To request to change or extend your credit terms from cash to charge terms, you will need to fill out an online Credit Application Form

How do I change my address for billing?

Please contact us if you would like to change any of your existing customer contact details/information.

How can I pay for my invoices?

You can pay for your invoice through our Westpac Payment Portal, click here to log in to your account to view, print and pay invoices and statements.
If you are not currently registered for the Westpac Portal simply register here.

Can I see my invoices and statements?

If you’re a Frucor customer, click here to log in to our Westpac Portal to view, print and pay invoices and statements. You’ll have to do this using your desktop for the time being, but we are working hard to get a mobile option ready really soon!

What is my Customer Number?

Your customer number is a number that we use for reference to locate your account and related details. You can find you customer number on your invoices, delivery dockets and statements as well as at the top of the Online Store home page once logged in.
