Our Executive Leadership Team
Darren Fullerton is Chief Executive Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand). He joined in April 2020. Darren has extensive credentials leading B2C and B2B food, beverage and consumer products businesses through critical periods of growth and change, with a focus on future-proofing the business and achieving long term sustainable growth.
Most recently, Darren led Winc, a $1bn+ market leader in office products and business solutions across Australasia.
Darren has a wealth of market and product knowledge about the beverage industry from his extensive career at PepsiCo, spanning 18 years across multiple functions. He was CEO (Australia & New Zealand) for PepsiCo for a number of years.
Darren is a passionate leader with an impressive track record driving product and business innovation, focusing on the development of cross-functional, collaborative teams as well as the implementation of transformational business processes.
He has a Marketing degree from the University of Western Sydney and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Leanne Marran is the Interim Chief People Officer for Frucor Suntory.
She leads the People and Culture, Corporate Affairs and Health, Safety & Wellness functions with a passion for the benefits that diversity equality and inclusion (DEI) bring to a business and encouraging more women into senior roles.
Her focus is on the employee experience and works with her team to ensure there is high engagement across the business to create and foster that ‘Frucor’ magic.
She has lived and worked in HR roles across the globe with responsibility for Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Central & South America, Mexico, Canada and across ANZ with leading B2B, pharmaceutical, FMCG and beverage companies, most recently with Beam Suntory.
Tom Santoki is the Chief Financial Officer, he has over 20 years’ experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development.**
Relocated from Suntory’s head office in Japan to Sydney he has a wealth of experience from across the globe. He is known within the Suntory community for his strategic agility and his strength in building high performing teams and developing talent.
Tom has held a number of finance leadership roles within the Suntory Organisation, including Head of Finance at Suntory Beverage & Food in Japan, Finance Director at Schweppes International Limited in the Netherlands, Deputy CFO at Lucozade Ribena Suntory in the U.K, and Director of Corporate Planning at Pepsi Bottling Ventures in the U.S.
Allison Yorston is the Chief Marketing Officer.
A passionate brand marketer with over 20 years’ experience, she is known for her collaborative approach and encouraging her team to experiment and embrace new strategic platforms.
Allison led the Energy and Transformation portfolio to new heights delivering phenomenal business growth by bringing back and contemporising the V Energy ‘Bugs’ – creating one of New Zealand and Australia’s most loved ad campaigns for 2021.
Allison has a strong history within the FMCG industry, having worked with many familiar brands including Unilever, Arnotts, Fonterra and Sanitarium.
Drew Fairnham is Chief Commercial Officer of Frucor Suntory.
A natural people leader, Drew plays a crucial role in ensuring the organisation is connected and aligned to achieve sustainable profit growth.
Drew is skilled at delivering superior business results, is customer-centric in his approach and has a passion to develop those he works with to maximise performance and opportunity.
He has more than 20 years’ FMCG experience and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing and general executive management including leadership roles at PepsiCo and Mrs Mac’s.
Ruth Muller is the Chief Research and Development Office, leading the innovation of product development for the company.
Ruth has been a crucial player in Frucor Suntory’s transition to rPET packaging, the launch of V Blue sugar free and flavoured NZ Natural sparkling water.
Passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion, she is a leading voice within the Frucor Suntory Inclusion Council. This includes sharing learnings from her external immersion and lived experience with neurodivergence, and how that has shaped her as a leader.
She has been with the business since 2017 and has impressive experience in FMCG roles in Australia with Campbell Arnott’s and Unilever in Germany.
Jon Sackree is Chief Supply Chain & Quality Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand), and has been with the business for over three years.
Jon has been leading the function since March, including the company’s response to the demands and challenges of the COVID-19 environment. He is responsible for Frucor’s three manufacturing sites in Auckland, Napier and Kingsgrove, and a wider distribution network delivering 24 million cases across the Australia and New Zealand markets each year.
Highly motivated and commercially astute, Jon has more than 20 years’ experience in a number of roles across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, with a proven record of delivering sustainable results through strong leadership across the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Marketing functions.
