Our Executive Leadership Team
Darren Fullerton is Chief Executive Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand). He joined in April 2020. Darren has extensive credentials leading B2C and B2B food, beverage and consumer products businesses through critical periods of growth and change, with a focus on future-proofing the business and achieving long term sustainable growth.
Most recently, Darren led Winc, a $1bn+ market leader in office products and business solutions across Australasia.
Darren has a wealth of market and product knowledge about the beverage industry from his extensive career at PepsiCo, spanning 18 years across multiple functions. He was CEO (Australia & New Zealand) for PepsiCo for a number of years.
Darren is a passionate leader with an impressive track record driving product and business innovation, focusing on the development of cross-functional, collaborative teams as well as the implementation of transformational business processes.
He has a Marketing degree from the University of Western Sydney and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Amy Rixon is Chief People Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand), a position she has held since 2019.
A commercially-minded and people-focussed executive, Amy believes everyone plays a part in creating a thriving culture and long term business sustainability – and the role of leaders is to nurture, cultivate and role model the mindsets and behaviours the organisation values.
She is known for championing diversity, sustainability and the gift of feedback from the C-suite down, and driving solid performance through humanistic leadership and a genuine focus on people and culture.
Amy has held executive and senior level HR roles across a range of industries with companies including Arq Group, Optus, Ipsos and Suncorp, and has experience running operational teams and company-wide transformation and integration projects.
Cameron Davidson is Chief Consumer Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand). He joined in January 2012, and leads the Consumer function – encompassing R&D, inventions, portfolio and brand, insight and shopper teams.
Cameron has over 25 years of experience of leading business growth and change through a consumer first, people-centric, collaborative approach.
Cameron’s leadership approach and skill set has been developed working across a wide range of business types, sizes and geographies – and through an openness to learning and growth by embracing new roles and challenges along the way.
He has enjoyed roles across a range of functions and companies, including Brand Director of Robinsons at Britvic in the UK, Innovation Leader at Arnott’s, and Commercial Leader for Adams-Pfizer (Eastern Europe and Russia) and HR Director at Frucor Suntory. These experiences underpin Cameron’s passion for growing people through encouraging wide and diverse career opportunities.
Cameron has a degree in Outdoor Education from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, and is committed to lifelong learning and a growth mind-set.
Drew Fairnham is Chief Commercial Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand).
Drew has more than 20 years’ FMCG experience and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing and general executive management – including leadership roles at PepsiCo and Mrs Mac’s.
Drew is skilled at delivering superior business results, and is customer-centric in his approach. A natural people-leader, Drew is driven to develop those he works with to maximise performance and opportunity.
Based in Sydney, Drew joined Frucor Suntory in November 2020.
James Houston is Chief Transformation Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand), a new role created to lead programmes of work to accelerate business growth.
James has been with Frucor Suntory for almost three years, joining as Chief Supply Chain & Quality Officer with responsibility across all elements of the supply chain, before leading the ANZ sales teams as Chief Commercial Officer during 2020.
Based in Sydney, James has more than 30 years’ FMCG experience – 26 of them within the brewing industry.
James brings a breadth of experience to the organisation, not only as a result of roles across supply chain, sales & marketing, and finance in multi-national organisations, but also as a small business owner running a café and consultancy.
James has been involved in major projects including expansions, closure, divestments, acquisitions and integrations.
Jon Sackree is Chief Supply Chain & Quality Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand), and has been with the business for over three years.
Jon has been leading the function since March, including the company’s response to the demands and challenges of the COVID-19 environment. He is responsible for Frucor’s three manufacturing sites in Auckland, Napier and Kingsgrove, and a wider distribution network delivering 24 million cases across the Australia and New Zealand markets each year.
Highly motivated and commercially astute, Jon has more than 20 years’ experience in a number of roles across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, with a proven record of delivering sustainable results through strong leadership across the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Marketing functions.

Peter Lamb is Chief Financial Officer of Frucor Suntory (Australia and New Zealand), and has been with the business for over 20 years.
He has held a number of different roles since taking the helm of the finance team at Frucor Suntory, and has witnessed the business expand from a New Zealand-based juice company, to an employer of more than 1,000 people in Australia and New Zealand.
Peter is a leader with extensive consumer products experience, and an impressive track record, driving value creation from organic growth.
